Drug Education School (90.96)

North Carolina General Statute 90-96 allows courts to place individuals accused of drug offenses on probation without a conviction. The court may dismiss the charge if the person completes a 15-hour Drug Education School program within 150 days. Additionally, individuals who were under 22 years old when the offense happened can apply to have the charge removed from their record.
